Syllabus Agreement

I have read the course syllabus at linked above and/or found my school staff webpage and understand the course description, goals and objectives, rules and expectations, technology and user accounts guidelines, attendance policies, electronics and cell phone restrictions, and grading scale for this class. I also took note of Mr. Kusayanagi's contact information above and will contact him with any questions regarding the course. I understand that Mr. Kusayanagi will utilize the district-approved online methods of communication and grading, such as School Email (Outlook), Canvas, Infinite Campus where I can find answers to most, if not all, attendance and grading questions.
